What this workshop covers

Your LinkedIn profile is the first place most professional opportunities start.

Most people have a LinkedIn profile. Very few have one that actually works for them. The difference is not effort, it is strategy. This workshop gives you the strategy in 90 minutes, with time to apply it live.

Whether you are a student preparing for your first role, a professional looking for a career pivot, or someone starting to build a personal brand, this session gives you the exact framework.

01
The three-part profile audit
A structured framework for evaluating your current profile. Headline, summary, experience, and skills, each scored against clear criteria. You will know exactly what to fix and why.
02
How the LinkedIn algorithm actually works
Why some posts get 50 views and others get 50,000 from the same account, and what the difference is. Practical rules for content that reaches the right people.
03
Your personal brand headline
A live exercise: write, test, and revise your LinkedIn headline during the session. You leave with one that actually says who you are and who you are for.
04
Connection and outreach strategy
How to grow the right network without spamming people. The message structure that gets a response. Which connections actually matter at your stage.
05
Your 7-day action plan
Leave with five specific actions to complete in the next week. Not a general framework, a prioritised list for your situation, built live during the session.
Who it's for

You will get the most from this session if one of these describes you.

Students and recent graduates
Preparing to enter the job market and wanting a profile that positions you before your first real role.
Early career professionals
A few years in, ready to be more intentional about how you show up professionally online.
Career changers
Making a professional transition and needing a LinkedIn profile that reflects where you are going, not just where you have been.
Aspiring founders
Building something and wanting to establish your personal brand before, or alongside, your company brand.
You do not need to be on LinkedIn actively. You just need a profile (or the intention to create one) and 90 minutes of focused attention.
